Friday's final of the Aberdeen Links championship will be a repeat of last year when Barrie Edmond beat his Bon Accord clubmate and close friend Matty Greig.
In this evening's semi-finals Edmond beat Caledonian's Barry Reid, a former champion and the leading qualifier for the match-play stages, by 2 and 1.
Greig beat the third Bon Accord player in the last four, Matty Dunn by 3 and 2.
