Gary Tough (Edzell) hit top form with a five-under-par 65 to win the Midland Golfers' Alliance competition at Alyth Golf Club today.
His card included an albatross and an eagle on the par 5s on the inward half. Tough, who plays off +1, also had the best net score (66) but each player is limited to one prize.
Handicap winner was Ian Cameron (Panmure) with a net 68 off six.
